Following an INQUIRE visit to the Lisbon University Botanic Garden and for Arbor Day, this class of students wrote an opinion piece on a newspaper article.

Há muitos, muitos anos atrás, andava eu no 6º ano, fizémos, em Português, a dramatização da história de Ilse Losa, "Beatriz e o Plátano". No último dia de aulas representámos esta dramatização para toda a escola e todos nos unimos em torno do Plátano que não podia ser derrubado... ... é bom ver que ainda há quem "olhe" pelas nossas árvores no espaço urbano! É bom saber que andam por aí muitas "Beatrizes". Obrigada a todos!!!!
