Help the STENCIL project to produce an E-Book on Inquiry-Based software tools

IBSE reports | 14/08/13 | London

Learn about Inquiry-Based Learning Tools and help the STENCIL project to produce its Annual E-Book with the best practice inquiry-based resources. Find here a list of Inquiry-Based software tools and learning environments compiled by the Open University and provide your feedback on the usefulness of the resources by completing this on-line questionnaire. Your feedback will help the Stencil project to produce it’s e-book. You are requested to comment only on the three resources indicated in peach colour i.e. WISE (Web-based Inquiry Science Environment), SCY (Science created by You) and weSPOT. The questionnaire will only take 10 minutes of your time and the STENCIL project will be grateful if you would complete the questionnaire by the end of August.

Stencil is an EU project comprising 21 members from nine European countries. The aim of the project is to create a network were science teachers and practitioners in science education can share their initiatives online while also search what other European teachers and schools are doing.

On the Stencil website you will find a catalogue of science education initiatives. You are strongly encouraged to submit on-line to Stencil your science education project or initiative and share your example of good practice with the European community.
